Marsa Al Seef, Phases 1–4AED 1.5B

Al Seef is a 1.8-kilometre waterfront heritage and leisure district along Dubai Creek, developed by Meraas and delivered across four phases from 2017. The 2.5-million-sq-ft destination blends a pedestrian-scale heritage village of traditional Arabic wind-tower architecture with a contemporary waterfront quarter containing retail, dining, galleries, and three hotels. It is the largest creek-front mixed-use promenade in the UAE.

Address the GrandAED 1.2B

Address Grand Creek Harbour is a five-star Emaar hotel housed within twin towers of 53 and 65 storeys, linked by an architecturally distinctive observation bridge. The property opened in December 2022 as the first five-star hotel in Dubai Creek Harbour, containing 223 hotel rooms and suites alongside 794 serviced residences. It faces the Ras Al Khor Wildlife Sanctuary and the site of the future Dubai Creek Tower.

Leaders Sport Society MallAED 600M+
Dubai, UAE
Sport Society in Mirdif is an 800,000-sq-ft, three-storey commercial sports mall developed by Viva City, billed as the world's largest sports-dedicated retail destination. The building contains a multi-purpose arena, trampoline park, climbing and bouldering centre, bowling, fitness centre, digital golf, and a sports roof deck, with 260,000 sq ft of gross leasable area for international sports brands and dining. The project was designed by DLR Group and received an Arabian Property Award.

Palace Residences & HotelAED 500M
Dubai, UAE
Palace Residences at Dubai Creek Harbour is a 46-storey waterfront tower by Emaar that combines a 121-key five-star boutique hotel with 587 branded residential apartments under the Palace Hotels & Resorts brand. The tower sits on the Creek Island promenade with views of both Dubai Creek and the planned Dubai Creek Tower, offering residents and guests direct access to the creek canal and waterfront amenities.

Sport 321, Hudayriyat Island
Abu Dhabi, UAE
321 Sports on Hudayriyat Island is Modon's flagship active lifestyle destination in Abu Dhabi, spanning multiple phases of development from 2020. The facility contains the largest indoor sports dome in the MENA region alongside pitches, courts, a six-lane athletics track, semi-Olympic pool, elite athlete training facilities, and community sports buildings. A world-class Mouratoglou Tennis Center was added to the site in June 2025.

Vida Hotel, Creek Harbour
Dubai, UAE
Vida Creek Harbour is a 13-storey, 286-key lifestyle hotel by Emaar Hospitality Group that opened in September 2019 as the first hotel to open within the Dubai Creek Harbour masterplan. The hotel provides direct access to the 4.5-kilometre Creek Boardwalk — a waterfront promenade featuring retail, dining, event spaces, and a marina capable of berthing yachts of varying sizes.

Time Out Market Bahrain is a curated culinary and cultural destination following the internationally recognised Time Out Market format, which brings together a city's best chef-led restaurant concepts, bars, and cultural programming under one roof. The Bahrain venue extends the Time Out Market brand into the Gulf region, offering a concentrated showcase of local and regional dining talent within a single food hall environment.

Dubai Opera House
Dubai, UAE
Dubai Opera is a 2,000-seat multi-format performing arts venue located in the Opera District of Downtown Dubai, opened by Emaar on 31 August 2016. Designed by Atkins under lead architect Janus Rostock, the building's exterior evokes a traditional Arabian dhow, referencing the maritime heritage of the creek. The auditorium is fully transformable between three operational configurations — theatre, concert hall, and flat-floor — using motorised stage and seating systems.

Madinat Jumeirah Al Naseem Hotel
Dubai, UAE
Jumeirah Al Naseem is a 430-key beach resort opened in December 2016, completing the Madinat Jumeirah precinct that began opening in 2004. Developed by Jumeirah Group and designed by Woods Bagot, the 85,000-sq-m property is the final and largest hotel within the Madinat, flanked by Wild Wadi Waterpark on one side and Burj Al Arab on the other, giving the group continuous operation over two kilometres of Dubai coastline.

Taj Hotel Dubai

Taj Dubai is a 35-storey, 296-key five-star hotel in Business Bay that opened in April 2015, marking the Taj Hotels (IHCL) brand's entry into the Dubai market. The hotel sits at the junction of Business Bay and Downtown Dubai, with direct views of the Burj Khalifa and Dubai Fountain, and contains multiple dining outlets and conferencing facilities across its tower.

New York University Abu Dhabi

NYU Abu Dhabi's permanent campus on Saadiyat Island was designed by Rafael Vinoly Architects and constructed between June 2010 and April 2014. The approximately 40-acre, 29-building campus encompasses up to 425,000 gross sq m of academic, residential, research, and student life space, including a library, theatres, laboratories, and indoor sports facilities. It is one of the largest purpose-built university campuses constructed in the Gulf region within a single programme.

American University of Sharjah

The American University of Sharjah is a 128-acre independent, non-profit university founded in 1997 by the Ruler of Sharjah, operating on the American liberal arts model within University City. The self-contained campus comprises 12 academic buildings, residential halls, a sports complex, and faculty housing across approximately 65,000 sq m of built-up area. AUS received US Middle States accreditation in 2004 and serves nearly 7,000 students from over 94 countries.

InterContinental Jeddah is a 472-room five-star hotel situated on Al Hamra Corniche in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, overlooking the Red Sea and the King Fahad Fountain. The property is operated by IHG under the InterContinental brand and features four restaurants, a year-round outdoor pool, spa, and extensive conference and banquet facilities serving both corporate and leisure markets.
