Project management at CXA Global is owner-focused: the project manager represents the client’s interests across the consultant, contractor, and supplier chain rather than acting as a delivery contractor themselves.

Process

  3. Delivery oversight

    Track schedule, cost, scope, and risk. Chair project meetings and maintain the decision register and action log.

  4. Technical scrutiny

    Review design submissions, shop drawings, and change orders for engineering substance, not only programme and cost impact.

  5. Closeout

    Coordinate commissioning, handover, and final account. Produce the closeout report and lessons-learned summary.
